  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your kitchen products safe and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize food-grade, BPA-free, non-toxic materials (stainless steel, silicone, heat-resistant plastics), durable construction, and easy-to-clean designs. Many items are oven-safe, dishwasher-safe (where noted), and built to last through daily use.

  • Stainless steel & non-stick: Dishwasher safe or hand-wash with mild soap; avoid abrasive scrubbers.
  • Wooden utensils/boards: Hand-wash and air dry; oil occasionally to maintain.
  • Silicone tools: Dishwasher safe; avoid high direct heat. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
